Day Scholars Association

 All the day scholars of the College shall be the members of the Association and shall pay annual subscription of Rs.2.00 each.

The aims and objectives of the Association are:
(a) to foster a sense of co-operation among the day scholars. 
(b) to organise cultural meetings.
(c) to award prizes to the day-scholars on the basis of competitions.

The management of the Association shall be done by a committee which will consist of the following:
(a) president - Principal (Ex-officio)
(b) Vice-President and Associate Vice-President- to be nominated by the Principal from among the members of the teaching staff.
(c) Secretary- to be elected from among the day scholars. 
(e) Assistant Secretary - to be elected from among the day scholars.

One Oass Representative from each class to be elected by the day scholars from among themselves.

The funds of the Association shall be under the control of the Principal. All expenditure shall be included with the approval of the Principal.

The Secretary shall maintain proper account of expenditure included by the Association. He shall organise all functions of the Association with the approval of the Principal.

The Assistant Secretary shall assist the Secretary in the discharge of his duties and in his absence perform all his functions.

The Ganesh Puja and the Saraswati Puja shall be celebrated in the College campus. .

The Principal shall be the final authority in all matters relating to the Day Scholars Association.
