The name of the society shall be the Anandapur College Dramatic Society.

The aims and objectives of the society are:

(a) to encourage the cultivation of art among the members by arranging theatrical performance or by any other means incidental or conducive to this.

to administer the funds that may be available for this purpose. All students of the college are members of the society. For the management of all the matters connected with the Society there shall be a committee of management. The committee of management shall consist of President - Principal (Ex-officio) Vice-President to be nominated by the Principal from among has been invalidated, such office shall be filled up through nomination by the Officer-in-charge, +2 stream.

In all matters including election disputes and irregularities, appeal shall lie made to the Officer-in-charge, +2 stream and his decisions shall be final.

The condition laid down in Govt. of Orissa Letter No.5lO83! HE, dtd.15.09.2000 must be followed scrupulously.

The Principal shall be the final authority in all matters relating to the +2 cultural Associations.

The members of the teaching staff. Associate Vice-President- to be nominated by the Principal from among the members of the teaching staff.

Secretary - to be elected by the students.

Assistant Secretary - to be elected by the students.

One class Representative to be elected from each class.

There shall be an annual meeting of the members of the society at the beginning of the session. The Committee of Management will, in its meeting, decide how to utilize the fund for manifestation of the students artistic talent.

The committee of management shall perform the following duties:
,(i) dedde the drama to be performed.
(ii) present statement. of accdunt. in the Annual General Meeting.

The Secretary shall convence meetings and keep a record of the proceedings of th meetings.

The Assistant Secretary shi m assist the Secretary in the discharge of his duties and in his absence shall perform all his functions.

The Principal shall be the final authority in matters relating to the Dramatic Society.
